Responsibilities:

Correctly understand the trends of the discipline, build creative and unique research orientations, and lead a research team to catch up the advanced level in China; complete the teaching and scientific research tasks and social services required by BNU and the college, enhance the comprehensive strength of the discipline, undertake state-level key research projects, apply for key research awards above the province and ministry-level, build academic teams, and cultivate excellent talents.
