Job Details
Nanyang Business School is hiring a full-time Research Assistant to manage the research and administrative aspects of a research funded by the prestigious Social Science and Humanities Research Fellowship grant.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the research studies
- Manage the administration of the grant and its budget
- Assist with the research design and statistical analyses
- Oversee a team of undergraduate research assistants to carry out various research activities
Job Requirements
- A degree in Psychology (Honours preferred)
- At least one year of experience working as a research assistant or has completed an undergraduate thesis in Social Psychology and/or Organisational Behavior
- Able to conduct basic statistical analyses using SPSS, R or Stata
- Good organizational skills and is meticulous
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills

The prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Postdoctoral Fellowship (LKY PDF) was established in 1991 under the Lee Kuan Yew Endowment Fund. The Fellowship supports and promotes young and outstanding researchers to realise their full potential in the areas of Engineering, Science, Humanities, and Medicine.
The Fellowship will be awarded concurrently with the candidate's appointment as a research staff in NTU.

Eligibility:
• Excellent academic records and research potential.
• Recent PhD graduates, or with at most 1 postdoctoral training from a reputable university.
Terms and Conditions:
• The Fellowship will be tenable for a period of 3 years.
• In addition to an attractive remuneration, the successful candidate will be awarded a research grant of S$180,000 for research consumables and research related expenditure.
