The College

The College of Technological Innovation (CTI) seeks to produce graduates recognized by business, government, and educational institutions in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Gulf Region, and the rest of the world. It also seeks to develop a strong applied research capacity in emerging technologies directed towards meeting the ICT needs of the UAE and Gulf region. The CTI academic programs are practical, competency-based, and designed to prepare students for successful careers as Information Technology professionals.

At the undergraduate level, CTI offers two Bachelor degrees: Information Systems and Technology Management (Department of Information systems) and Technology Management (Department of Computing and Applied Technology).  Currently, CTI has 52 full-time faculty and 1850 students (male and female) seeking majors in the College on its Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses

The Information systems department seeks qualified candidates to fill in multiple part-time positions beginning August 2020 and January 2021. This position is part-time Adjunct in the following areas: Management Information Systems; IT Audit & Control; IT Project Management; Systems Analysis & Design; Knowledge Management; IT Strategy and Governance; Databases; Data Warehouse; Data Analytics; AI, Business Intelligence and Data Science. 

The Requirements

Applicants should have at least an MSc degree (a Ph.D. degree is preferred) at the time of appointment from an internationally accredited university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a closely–related discipline with a specialization in one of the above mentioned areas. This job is for candidates who already have a sponsor visa in the United Arab Emirates.
