Are you ready to join an enthusiastic and academically talented team? Do you want to be involved in teaching undergraduate and post graduate students? Are you a registered member of a professional body such as the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or equivalent, or eligible for registration?

As a Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy you will contribute to teaching on the BACP accredited MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling, supervise and support postgraduate taught students and lead developments in this role.

As a Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy you will have a PhD (essential at Grade 8, desirable at Grade 7) in a relevant subject (or equivalent) or are nearing completion of a postgraduate research degree at a comparable level. You will also be a registered member of the BACP (or equivalent), or be eligible for registration, have practice experience, and have a teaching qualification or be willing to undertake one when in post.
