The U-Flyte management team now invites applications for an experienced Research Project Manager to join this exciting new aerial robotics research initiative, funded by Science Foundation Ireland and involving collaboration with Industry partners including Airbus and Irelandia Aviation. The Research Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is managed professionally and efficiently, in accordance with Maynooth University policies, systems and guidelines, and in accordance with the requirements of the funding sources for the project.

The Research Project Manager must have the ability to work independently under minimal direction and on their own initiative. Occasionally the work will involve travel in the field and trips abroad to meet existing and potential partners, attend relevant conferences as well as collating/preparing material for research funding calls.

Administrative Officer II Salary Scale: €37,976 - €50,503 per annum (7 points)

Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.

*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the above scale.
