We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic colleague to provide administrative support to both the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Cyber Security  and the Bristol Cyber Security and Cryptography & Information Security Groups – collectively recognised as an Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Research (ACE-CSR).

You will work closely with the Cyber Security Research Group Manager and the Cyber Security CDT Manager to support the smooth running and organisation of the postgraduate research programme, research group and their associated activities. This will involve supporting campus and online CDT teaching activities, student recruitment, student record management, organisation of high level regional and national research meetings and events, travel and diary management, website and social media maintenance and co-ordination with university, industry and government partners.

Ideally you will have some relevant experience and possess the communication, enthusiasm and customer care skills to deliver a high-quality service to a range of stakeholders at all levels across various communication platforms. Experience of working with a range of IT systems and software is also strongly preferred.

The position is a part-time role of 28 hours per week. Informal enquiries can be made to: Fionnuala Hill (fionnuala.hill@bristol.ac.uk) or Louise Evans (louise2.evans@bristol.ac.uk).

We welcome applications from all members of our community and are particularly encouraging those from diverse groups, such as members of the LGBT+ and BAME communities, to join us.
