About the Job

As our new Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for building business relationships with clients through successful engagement, understanding business needs and offering tailored solutions for revenue growth and influential market positioning.

The Senior Consultant will have a strong focus on identiftying new business development opportunities, contacts and manages client relationships with a current and growing portfolio.

Swinburne Major Projects is a business unit that specialises in vocational education and training and workforce development initiatives through the creation of customised learning design solutions. The area works with government, industry and community to design and develop industry endorsed learning and workforce skilling programs, tailored to learner needs and organisational objectives.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or relevant tertiary qualification and, extensive relevant workplace experience in an educational B2B consultative role
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and negotiate to achieve outcomes that satisfy clients and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in reaching and exceeding targets and KPI's
