Financial Administrative Coordinator

The position is the main contact for all payroll related functions for Faculty and Staff for the Dept of Neurology (120+ faculty; 400+ non faculty and post Doc.). The incumbent will interpret policy, maintain accurate records, oversee personnel data input and time keeping. This position interfaces closely with Director of Research to update and verify salary expenses to grants and funds. This position also insures that all documentation is in order before initiating payroll transactions.

The incumbent will interpret policy, oversee personnel data input and time keeping This position interfaces closely with Director of Research to update and verify salary expenses to grants and funds. This position also insures that all documentation is in order before initiating payroll transactions

Qualifications:

High School diploma and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. College coursework or degree preferred.
