Reporting to the Director of External Relations, you will be responsible for leading a diverse and talented team to create integrated domestic and international campaigns; driving high impact activity powered by data and insight, and delivering powerful internal and external engagement that deliver the University’s strategic objectives. You will own the development and delivery of the brand strategy, as well as defining the fully integrated marketing communications strategy both for internal colleagues and external audiences across all channels and platforms.

You will work closely with senior University leaders to deliver impactful messages and engagement with our diverse stakeholders. In an increasingly competitive market, you will lead the department to the next level of impact and influence, shaping and developing the University’s reputation and profile through truly integrated, data-driven and evidence-based marketing and communications – critical to achieving our global ambitions.

With proven experience in strategic marketing and communications and with substantial successful experience gained at a senior level, your ability to work collaboratively and lead across functions within the University to support the development and implementation of strategic communication requirements will be essential. In addition, you will also have experience in effectively managing complex political issues and delivering effective communications in a highly sensitive, confidential, cross-cultural and political environment.
