ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR, DATA ANALYSIS, Office of Admissions, to serve as an admissions officer, with a primary focus on admissions research and analysis. Will support the data collection, analysis, and reporting needs of the Office of Admissions. Responsibilities include administering several online surveys throughout the year, reporting on research findings to senior admissions leaders to influence admissions policy, reviewing and selecting undergraduate applicants with a full admissions caseload, and actively participating in the admissions selection committee. Other duties will include several weeks of national and local travel to recruit students and meet with alumni/ae, welcoming prospective students and their families to campus, conducting information sessions, and assisting in other recruitment and yield activities as needed. Will report to the director of admissions research and analysis.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; one year of related experience; excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; experience with data management and graphic presentation in MS Excel; the ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising good judgment, taking initiative, and setting priorities; and a driver's license.

Regular evening and weekend work will be required during the academic year. Several weeks of travel by air annually can also be expected. Please note that currently, due to the pandemic, all travel and in-person recruitment activities have been suspended. Recruitment travel programs will resume when safe to do so from a public health perspective.
