About the position
The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine invites applications from qualified candidates interested in joining the Occupational Therapy program in the position of Senior Teaching Fellow Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education (Occupational Therapy).
The Senior Teaching Fellow Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education (Occupational Therapy) has a unique opportunity to explore, develop and maintain novel internships in areas of future growth for occupational therapy including community services, private practice, aged care, schools, and acute care settings. There will also be the ability to develop this role, lead the development, evaluation and sustainability of clinical internships in innovative and non-traditional areas, be part of a dynamic and outcomes-focused team producing superior quality learning experiences for Master of Occupational Therapy students.
About the person:
The successful candidate will be a registered Occupational Therapist in Australia and ideally have completed post-graduate education and several years of clinical experience. Candidates will be expected to have a track record in occupational therapy professional practice, and ideally will have experience in the scholarship of teaching and learning practice.
Experience in higher education will be highly desirable.

The salary will be negotiated and commensurate with skills and experience. Salary packaging options may be available.
