Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Research on Obesity and Metabolic Disease-related Studies in the Department of Medicine and State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (2 Posts) (Ref.: 500500), to commence as soon as possible for one to three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree, preferably with experience in animal models related to obesity and/or metabolic diseases, and in vitro culture and functional analysis of pre-adipocytes and mature adipocytes. The appointees will work on a research project to identify novel adipocyte precursors and mature adipocytes with non-canonical energy metabolic features.
