Faculty members take an active part in shaping the Department’s culture through both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, which are composed of an ambitious and energetic community of students from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Asia, and around the world. More information about the Department can be obtained at http://arch.hku.hk.

Preference will be given to those with an advanced degree in Architecture or an additional experience in related fields. Applicants should have a valid permit to work in Hong Kong.

The appointees should be able to conduct teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels of the following courses: design studios, core courses on visual culture, communication, building and material technology, and advanced seminars. They should also be able to contribute to the Department’s academic affairs including teaching, learning, and service, and help to strengthen the University’s international ties with other leading institutions.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
