In conjunction with Workforce Singapore, NTU offer traineeships to support the SGUnited Traineeships Programme.  ​The Traineeships are part of NTU's efforts to create relevant and meaningful traineeship opportunities for our nation’s new graduates entering the workforce during this difficult time.

About the Department

The Student Administration Transformation Management (SATM) Unit is part of the Registrar’s Office within the Student Administration Services Department (SASD). The SATM leads and drives in the creation of the transformation programme vision and blueprints, sets standards and monitors projects that falls within the portfolio of the Student Administration Transformation Programme. It also project manages special projects.

Job Description

  • Provide administration support to the programme office and the various projects (e.g. SASD 2025 Strategic Plan, SASD ERM, SASD RADAR, One-Stop & ServiceNow, Data Governance, SMS) that it supports
  • Support and work collaboratively with the programme office and the project teams in various aspects of programme and project administration
  • Programme and project status reporting
  • Training and event set-up
  • Communication-related collateral
  • Collation of data, e.g. for SASD RADAR and SMS
  • Verification of specific workflow and documents for SMS
  • Other administration support activities

Requirements

  • University graduate (prefer business graduate but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn, curious, ask questions
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and work on the ground level
  • Ability to take and follow instructions
  • Able to work in a flexible and potentially unstructured environment
  • Creativity and problem-solving
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Good time management
  • Good communication with strong written English and listening skills
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Skilled in graphic design, poster creation, website creation (good to have but not critical)
  • Skilled in data analytics and data vitualisation (good to have but not a must)
