A Senior Research Fellow position is currently available at the School of Physical & Mathematical Sciences, Nanyang Technological University.
Job Requirements
- Lead programme technical review and to monitor timely management of milestone completion, and develop mitigation plans when necessary
- Monitor progress towards projects mandated KPIs
- Carry out ReRAM electrical transport measurement using probe station, or on bonded memory chip, and able to conduct ReRAM test measurement
- Lead the team’s effort in countering ReRAM device processing challenges, which include 300 mm wafer deposition, device lithography patterning, and RIE etching
- Help foster a collaborative and innovation led environment within the Programme and implement a wider dissemination plan of the Programme technical work
- Explore the potential applications of developed devices and to initiate new industry collaborations project
Job Requirements
- PhD degree in relevant engineering or physical sciences
- At least 10 years of relevant microelectronics working experience after PhD conferment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong initiatives
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good scientific paper and intellectual property writing skills
- Semiconductor wafer development or manufacturing experience

The Fellowship will be awarded concurrently with the candidate's appointment as a research staff in NTU.

Eligibility:
• Excellent academic records and research potential.
• Recent PhD graduates, or with at most 1 postdoctoral training from a reputable university.
Terms and Conditions:

• In addition to an attractive remuneration, the successful candidate will be awarded a research grant of S$180,000 for research consumables and research related expenditure.
