Job Description

The Manager, Research & Administrative Operations assumes a vital role with oversight of all academic accounting operations of the Department of Surgery and associated analysis. These broad responsibilities include: managing the Department of Surgery Clinical and University payroll totaling $74M (inclusive of faculty incentives of $11M) for 400 FTEs; pre- and post-award grants management (total costs exceeding $27M in NIH funding); collaborating with faculty in the conduct of data analyses; Endowment, Gift, and PSOM fund management; and, supervisory responsibilities for four FTEs (3 direct and 1 indirect).

Position is contingent upon funding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
