Job Description Summary

The administrative assistant will provide support to the CEET Center Director and CEET Administrative Director and also assist with the coordinating of events including the annual symposium and monthly seminar series. The administrative assistant will also provide front desk/receptionist duties for the center along with being the primary point-of-contact for center members, faculty, students, and staff.

This position is contingent upon funding.

Job Description

The administrative assistant will provide support to the CEET Center Director and CEET Administrative Director and also assist with the coordinating of events including the annual symposium and monthly seminar series. The administrative assistant will also provide front desk/receptionist duties for the center along with being the primary point-of-contact for center members, faculty, students, and staff. The candidate should have experience supporting two or more managers simultaneously, experience with travel arrangements (via Concur), and data entry.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required, with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
