Job Description Summary

This position will be a member in the exciting and dynamic field of CAR T cell immune-therapeutics. The position's duties will be involved in assisting in the development of the next generation immune-therapies. The role assists in the rapid evaluations of their performance in both in vitro molecular and immunological assays and in vivo mouse models studies.

This position is contingent upon funding.

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Manufacture gene modified T cell expansion for co-culture and in vivo mouse experiments, documenting characteristics and establishing quality.
  • Perform technologies to characterize and evaluate functional performance.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating in vivo mouse experiments.
  • Ordering and assisting in lab maintenance.
  • Blending data analysis with computer operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
