CebAI is the new National Centre for Creativity enabled by Artificial Intelligence (AI), based at Cass Business School, and funded by Research England and City, University of London. It will offer and sell new forms of AI and consulting services to businesses to amplify their creative capabilities, so that these businesses can innovate more regularly and successfully. It will support also these businesses to form new ecosystems that reinforce and grow their creative thinking and innovation capabilities.

Responsibilities

The Centre Manager will play a key role in establishing and growing CebAI’s operation. The successful candidate will have duties and responsibilities in strategic planning, financial management, governance, marketing, and operational activities. The candidate will also support the Director to establish CebAI’s structure and operating procedures.

Person Specification

The person will have a degree in a relevant subject/discipline, and previous experiences in managing and/or offering administrative support to interdisciplinary teams, managing important relationships with external businesses and clients, and working with accounts and budgets, with a focus on forward planning for decision-making purposes. Direct experience of digital marketing activities, and previous experiences of external event organisation and collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams are also sought. Knowledge and understanding of creativity and/or innovation in business will be advantageous.
