UNE Marketing is responsible for brand and marketing strategy that positions UNE for current and future opportunities. The Directorate is also responsible for student recruitment and management of the UNE website.
About the role
The Direct Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of direct marketing channels and activities for prospective students, including direct mail and SMS and the supporting website assets. This position also coordinates calendars and schedules relating to this activity and performance reporting and supplier management. The Direct Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring integration with web, marketing and future student team activities as well as faculties, schools and other stakeholders as required in order to maximize ROI, leads and conversion.
Skills & Experience
The position requires technical knowledge and experience in direct marketing, including knowledge of trends and best practice and ability to integrate with other lead generation and conversion activities. Experience using market research, analytics and reporting tools to inform campaign optimisation, develop plans and make recommendations is necessary.
