Responsibilities:
Act as a key member of governance support research team, fulfil the responsibilities of governance support, scientific research, and training, and play the role of innovation as Backbone Talents.
Hiring Criteria:
D1 level: meet the hiring criteria for Backbone Talents of D1 level of Humanities and Social Sciences. Aged under 35 in principle, and meet at least two of the following conditions: publish at least 2 articles as the first author, which have been approved by leaders at or above province and ministry-level and play a role in promoting practice and innovation; Responsible person for major projects of National Social Science Fund of China and equivalent projects; publish high-quality English papers as the first or corresponding author, or publish at least, in principle, 6 B-class papers on Chinese journals.
D2 level: meet the BNU hiring criteria for Backbone Talents of D2 level of Humanities and Social Sciences. Aged under 31 in principle, be granted doctoral degree in a domestic or foreign university, acquire postdoctoral or overseas work experience, and meet at least two of the following conditions: publish at least 1 article as the first author, which have been approved by leaders at or above province and ministry-level and play a role in promoting practice and innovation; undertake state-level scientific research projects or be granted postdoctoral funding; participate in the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program or Study Abroad Program of China Postdoctoral Council or Hong Kong Scholars Program Publish high-quality English papers as the first or corresponding author, or publish at least, in principle, 3 B-class papers on Chinese journals; backbone talents for think tank building and special talents urgently needed for discipline and industry development.
