PARTNERSHIPS MANAGERSolve, to join Solve, a marketplace for social impact innovation whose mission is to solve world challenges. Will play a key role in driving significant revenue for Solve to realize its mission, build and manage its pipeline of prospect sponsor and donor opportunities, and execute an overall fund-raising strategy. Responsibilities include initiating and closing $100,000-$1M+ sponsorships, grants, gifts, and other funding from corporations, foundations, multilateral institutions, governments, and high net worth individuals in support of operating expenses and prize funding; building and managing Solve’s pipeline of opportunities, identifying viable prospects and performing due diligence; designing and deploying prospecting campaigns in HubSpot; representing Solve at conference/events; managing day-to-day prospecting and relationship activity; designing customized sponsorship pitch decks, proposals, and packages; researching, identifying, and preparing grant applications and preparing partnership agreements; designing and managing a systematic outreach and relationship cataloguing and reporting system in Salesforce; collaborating with other Solve teams to identify members that can be converted to sponsors and supporting the head of partnerships as needed. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree in business administration, fund-raising, marketing, or other relevant area; at least two years’ business development, fund-raising, and partnership development experience, preferably for social impact and/or nonprofit organizations; proven ability to effectively build relationships with corporate, foundation, and individual donors and sponsors and to design and deliver sponsor packages of $100,000-$1M+; extensive contacts with relevant corporations/foundations/individuals that can be utilized immediately; ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs; attention to detail; and strong organizational, project management, and verbal and written communication skills.  

PREFERREDexperience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM. Job #18754-8
