Applications are invited for the post of Techne Senior Administration Officer (Training & Communications) in the Doctoral School. This role is fixed-term until 30/09/2027.

Academic Administration at Royal Holloway is organised into six School Administration teams and the Doctoral School, which are all part of the Academic Services directorate; a single professional service which supports the student journey.

The Techne DTP is a consortium of nine universities in London and the south-east, led by Royal Holloway, which awards AHRC doctoral scholarships and provides training and development opportunities for students. The Techne Senior Administration Officer (Training & Communications) is responsible for the core administrative processes associated with Techne, including organising Techne meetings, conferences and residential training events, the recruitment, selection and record-keeping of doctoral students across the Techne consortium.

Candidates should have administrative experience and excellent communication and organisational skills. They should also be committed to contributing to continual development and provision of a high quality service to research students and staff.
