Programme Summary

About SJ-NTU Corporate Lab
The SJ-NTU Corporate Lab is a collaboration between Surbana Jurong, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) and National Research Foundation Singapore (NRF). The laboratory, sited at NTU, will develop next-generation sustainable solutions to tackle industrial and complex urban challenges. Its key objectives are to translate research outcomes into practical and viable solutions based on three core themes: digitalisation; green and sustainable urban solutions; and future of the industry and productivity.
Job Descriptions:
- Support for project in terms of experiments / data collection / modelling / simulation
- Assist the PI/Co-PI to prepare technical slides / reports
- Assist the PI/Co-PI to coordinate project meetings with industry partner
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in performing experiments / simulation / modelling / data analytics is advantageous but it is not a must (training will be provided)

The prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Postdoctoral Fellowship (LKY PDF) was established in 1991 under the Lee Kuan Yew Endowment Fund. The Fellowship supports and promotes young and outstanding researchers to realise their full potential in the areas of Engineering, Science, Humanities, and Medicine.
The Fellowship will be awarded concurrently with the candidate's appointment as a research staff in NTU.

Eligibility:
• Excellent academic records and research potential.
• Recent PhD graduates, or with at most 1 postdoctoral training from a reputable university.
Terms and Conditions:
• The Fellowship will be tenable for a period of 3 years.
• In addition to an attractive remuneration, the successful candidate will be awarded a research grant of S$180,000 for research consumables and research related expenditure.
