The company

Key FM is at the forefront of Facilities Management (FM) both in the UK and Internationally. The company is expanding in the UK and Internationally, and also has an intent to solidify their position as a global leader in their market. This will involve a combination of market led strategic change and business development activity, development and implementation of a modern business structure (organisational change), enhanced infrastructure (business systems), improved business processes (strategic marketing and business development) and a customer centric culture (culture and change management).

The role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Key FM team and work directly with the CEO/senior management team.  We seek an outstanding graduate with a relevant degree in business/management, and proven interest in business innovation, development and growth (particularly in SMEs) to help deliver this transformative project.  In addition, the post holder will bring to the team excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team, collaborating with colleagues and sharing expertise.

The post will be based at the company HQ in Doune, working directly with the company founder and CEO, and may also involve general business travel.
