About the Role

You will be required to carry out duties such as;

  • Scanning and listing incoming purchase invoices
  • Checking purchase ledger statements against received invoices
  • Performing an independent check of purchase ledger payment runs
  • Assisting Sales and Income Officer at busy times of the year
  • Weekly reconciliation of bank statement
  • Checking details of new companies to be set up on the purchase ledger
  • Ensuring allocations are kept up-to-date on the sales ledger
  • Checking and receiving cash paid into the office by catering outlets
  • You will be asked to be flexible to carry out general office duties such as filing when needed

About You

  • Ideally, you will have experience within a similar administrative role
  • You will be professional in your approach and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • You will have excellent administration and organization skills
  • You will have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively whilst being capable to prioritise your own workload
  • You will demonstrate strong analytic and MS Excel skills
