SENIOR RESEARCH SUPPORT ASSOCIATEPicower Institute for Learning and Memory-Nedivi Lab, to join a neuroscience research laboratory. The primary duty will be to participate in research under the direction of the laboratory head and a postdoctoral associate. This will include the execution of experiments and collection and organization of data.

The position would be ideal from someone who is interested in attending graduate school following this experience. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: exposure to a research laboratory, preferably with experience with molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell culture or with two-photon imaging, MATLAB, and/or small mammal surgical procedures; an interest in biology; ability to work both independently and with others, follow directions, follow up on tasks, and work with precision and attention to detail; and willingness to work with animal experimentation and strictly follow CAC protocol. A bachelor’s degree in basic science is preferred. Job #18672-4
