DIRECTOR, SERVICESedX-Partner Success Team, to lead the team responsible for managing edX’s partner relationships (post-sale). Will lead, motivate, and develop the team to effectively work with partners to deliver on edX’s mission and business goals and provide valued guidance and leadership to edX partners at all levels, from executive to practitioner.  Responsibilities include building, leading, and developing a world-class team focused on acquiring the best courses, programs, credentials, degrees and other types of content while strengthening partner relationships; defining and driving the transformation of edX’s capabilities to acquire high-quality content--from single courses to degrees--that deliver continuous growth for edX and its partners and provides exceptional educational experiences for its learners; developing and utilizing method-driven account management approaches that create demonstrable business value including and beyond content; developing and tracking key metrics to identify trends to address partner opportunities and challenges; and reporting on metrics and providing visibility and forecasts to key business and operational teams. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  at least seven years’ experience leading a customer, client, or partner success organization; a proven business development track record and one of setting strategy and goals and motivating teams to achieve them; experience designing and implementing systems (e.g., pipeline management) and management practices (e.g., KPIs and reporting) for operational effectiveness and financial/growth results; ability to identify key stakeholders and develop strong business relationships at every level; comfort working with teams in a hands-on fashion; and experience shaping/implementing cross-functional initiatives and serving as a thought-partner and leader to the rest of the organization. International experience a plus. Job #18684-R
