The Coventry University branch at TKH offers selected programmes within the areas of Engineering, Computing, Design & Media, Business and Psychology. The newly established School of Business within the Coventry University Branch of TKH* is looking to appoint a team of experienced, dynamic and innovative Assistant Professors to lead the newly established Business Courses. The successful post-holders will help to deliver through clear, supportive and collaborative leadership the next phase of the TKH’s ambitious growth and development plan. Working across the School, the post holders will be pivotal in realising new course provision, whilst acting as a Course Directors for Undergraduate Business studies. These roles provide an excellent opportunity to shape the direction of Business at TKH.

You should be an innovative, solution-focused and experienced leader with a national standing in Business, and a track record of inspiring teams. Your approach should be inclusive, flexible and ensure our stakeholders are placed at the centre of everything we do. As a truly modern institution, we are particularly interested in receiving applications from applicants with experience of online delivery and/or curriculum development. As the role will also require you to develop and maintain productive relationships with placement providers, employers and other stakeholders, you will need a high level of inter-personal skills, and personal effectiveness to promote a high-quality experience for all our stakeholders. You will have a strong commitment to continuing professional development and to inter-professional and international perspectives.

Applicants must hold a PhD and publications or equivalent outputs or (if from Professional practice background) a good Honours/Masters Degree and appropriate professional qualifications and/or membership and or equivalent professional qualifications that might be considered as equivalent to a PhD. Applicants must demonstrate an experience of delivering in an educational setting.
