Liverpool Business School is seeking to appoint a Programme Leader to support development of the School’s growing portfolio of programmes. The post of Programme Leader is a senior management role within the School of Business and Management and the person appointed will have responsibility for the operational management of programmes and line management of staff within the programme/subject teams.

You will have a strong profile and an evidenced ability to provide leadership at programme/subject level, including the enhancement of teaching and learning practice. You will report to the Director of the School of Business and Management and will be a member of the School Management Team. 

The post holder would be expected to lead on the continued development of a suite of Business and Management Masters programmes, including the recently launched 2-year MSc ‘Advanced Practice’ option, that provides students to apply their knowledge on a live business project. The School recognises that the direction of management education is dynamic in terms of market demand, subject specialism, mode of delivery, pedagogy, etc., and the portfolio of programmes offered within the School will therefore need to respond to such changes. As a member of the School leadership team, the post holder would be expected to contribute to the strategic development of the School and from time to time lead on certain initiatives as deemed appropriate by the School Director.
