Singtel Cognitive and Artificial Intelligence Lab for Enterprises @ NTU invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up a testbed of inaudible echolocation based indoor location sensing
- Perform extensive measurement studies on the testbed
- Carry out performance evaluation experiment on the testbed to understand the performance of the designed location sensing algorithm
- Identify the key research challenges of location sensing based on inaudible echolocation sensing
- Design algorithms of inaudible echolocation based location sensing
- Explore analytic understanding on the performance of the location sensing algorithms
Job Requirements:
- Possess PhD degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines
- Experience in advanced laboratory methods for IoT systems, and creating and operating testbed systems
- Good publication record

The prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Postdoctoral Fellowship (LKY PDF) was established in 1991 under the Lee Kuan Yew Endowment Fund. The Fellowship supports and promotes young and outstanding researchers to realise their full potential in the areas of Engineering, Science, Humanities, and Medicine.
The Fellowship will be awarded concurrently with the candidate's appointment as a research staff in NTU.

Eligibility:
• Excellent academic records and research potential.
• Recent PhD graduates, or with at most 1 postdoctoral training from a reputable university.
Terms and Conditions:
• The Fellowship will be tenable for a period of 3 years.
• In addition to an attractive remuneration, the successful candidate will be awarded a research grant of S$180,000 for research consumables and research related expenditure.
