The Role

  • Fixed Term (up to 3 years), Full Time
  • $84,118 to $91,957 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Sydney Study Centre, Darlinghurst

Apply your specialist skills in data analytics and play a critical role in assisting Charles Sturt University to ensure academic excellence and integrity. Develop strategic planning related to the delivery of tertiary qualifications at the Charles Sturt University Study Centres in this recently created role.

This position will be critical in the identification and analysis of appropriate data required for compliance, regulatory reporting, and planning. This role will utilise appropriate processes for the collection and management of data as required, undertake the appropriate analyses and interpretation of data, and prepare quality reports for external partner agencies and regulatory bodies (TEQSA and Accrediting).

This role will service internal (University, Faculty, and Governance) audiences by interpreting analysed data and communicating the data in meaningful ways whilst identifying areas for continuous improvement including data audit and completion of validation checks.

To be successful you will have:

  • A degree with relevant experience in data analytics or equivalent education, training and/ or experience
  • High level analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data analytics
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills appropriate for developing internal and external relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • High-level attention to detail, accuracy, and interpretation to produce high-quality information, documents, and recommendations
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in high workload environment.
