The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • $131,306 - $138,774 pa (includes 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Wagga Wagga
  • Relocation assistance may be negotiated for the successful applicant

The Manager, Commercial Property and Leasing is responsible for the management and administration of the property portfolios of Charles Sturt University with a strong focus on business development and growth whilst ensuring community and industry engagement. This is a dynamic position with changing demands and priorities and will suit someone who is adaptable, innovative, happy to take on new challenges and strives to achieve common goals across stakeholders.

To be successful you will have:

  • A relevant qualification or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills relevant to commercial property leasing and asset portfolio management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and complete contract negotiations.

The Corporate Services Group has the overarching responsibility and commitment to lead the physical and technological development of the University; to lead organisational change and development in the service and support areas of the University as part of the University Strategy 2017-2022.

The Division of Facilities Management is responsible for developing and maintaining campuses of the University including planning, design and construction of new buildings, refurbishments and maintenance of existing buildings and development and maintenance of grounds with the provision of security services.
