Part Time, Permanent

(0.65 FTE 22.75 hours per week)

Applications are invited for the part-time post of Academic Investigations Officer in Student Administration within the Academic Services Directorate.

Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Graduation.  The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the College.

The Academic Investigations Officer role is responsible for providing administration for, and undertaking investigations in to student academic appeals, complaints and academic misconduct offences.

Candidates should have experience of working in a regulatory environment, preferably connected to Higher Education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.
