The School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering invites application for the position of Research Associate.

Job Description

  • Work on analog and Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) and related design work
  • Research work in receiver, amplifier and current protection in power supply
  • Work with other researchers to accomplish research goals and key performance indicators

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in intergrated circuit design
  • Relevant research experience in analog and RFIC is a must, especially for RF applications
  • Expertise in CMOS Circuit Design, with prior research experience, in amplifier and current protection in power supply integrated circuit is necessary
  • Ability to use Cadence simulator
  • Expertise in integrated circuit design from industry
  • Interest in research on RFIC

The prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Postdoctoral Fellowship (LKY PDF) was established in 1991 under the Lee Kuan Yew Endowment Fund. The Fellowship supports and promotes young and outstanding researchers to realise their full potential in the areas of Engineering, Science, Humanities, and Medicine.

The Fellowship will be awarded concurrently with the candidate's appointment as a research staff in NTU.

Eligibility: 

• Excellent academic records and research potential.
• Recent PhD graduates, or with at most 1 postdoctoral training from a reputable university. 

Terms and Conditions: 
• The Fellowship will be tenable for a period of 3 years.  
• In addition to an attractive remuneration, the successful candidate will be awarded a research grant of S$180,000 for research consumables and research related expenditure.
