Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Social Cognitive Neuroscience Lab in the Department of Psychology (Ref.: 500069), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal up to three years subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in psychology, neuroscience, or related fields. Preference will be given to those with experience in using computation methods (e.g. MVPA, RSA, decoding)  to understand the human brain on topics of cognitive, social and affective neurosciences. The appointee will work with Dr. Xiaoqing Hu, and may collaborate with Prof. Tatia Lee on clinical affective neuroscience and Dr. Shirley Li on sleep disorders. In the recent three years, the lab has been generously funded by NSFC (Excellent Young Scientist Fund), RGC-GRF, RGC-ECS.  More information about the research in the lab can be obtained at http://www.brain.hku.hk/people/principal-investigators/xiao-qing-hu.
