Job Description Summary

Individual hire for this position will be a member of an established research team working in the exciting and dynamic field of T cell immunotherapies. The role will be integral to the development of the next generation of engineered cell therapies for cancer emphasizing collaboration towards rapid clinical translation and proof-of-concept studies in humans.

Job Description


  • Design and create gene-modified T cells for IND enabling studies
  • Manufacture cell products to support clinical trials
  • Characterization of human cell products using molecular methods and flow cytometry
  • Work collaboratively to enable technology development
  • Supervise and support other team members in related research activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Collaborate in drafting manufacturing protocols and other documentation needed
  • Present data at lab meetings


Master’s Degree with 1-3 yr experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 yr experience in lymphocyte culture. Experience in cell product development and/or cGMP manufacturing is a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to work with ours and in a team setting. Excellent organizational and record keeping skills are necessary. This position also may involve work on weekends and University holidays.
