Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Research Assistant within UCD School of Architecture, Planning & Environmental Policy
This short-term position is for a research assistant to work with two projects: noise-health and noise-adapt. The noise-health project assesses noise-health relationship in an international and national context and identifies policy recommendations and integration pathways for considering noise in various strands of public policy. The noise-adapt project is concerned with Ireland's transitioning needs within the context of the introduction of the CNOSSOS-EU methodology for the implementation of the environmental noise directive in 2022. The research assistant will work with the PI and postdocs on both projects assisting them with the projects research needs.
This is a research focused role, where you will provide research support and assistance to the Principal Investigator. The primary purpose of the role is to assist with data gathering and mainstream modelling work across the noise-health and noise-adapt projects including assisting with formulation of draft documents related to project needs.
Salary: €22,609 - 35,218 per annum
Appointment on the above range will be dependent on qualifications and experience
