RECRUITING COORDINATOR, EMPLOYER RELATIONS AND RECRUITINGSloan School of Management, to work in conjunction with the director of employer relations and recruiting and other members of the Recruiting Services team on the campus recruiting program. Will provide administrative, logistical, and operational support; and manage the logistics involved in employers' campus recruiting and career services’ program visits. There will be significant interaction with employers, students, and the MIT Sloan community.  

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  a bachelor's degree in related field; at least two years of professional work experience; excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical, problem solving, and written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders; self-motivation; ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced team environment; keen attention to detail; computer and web/database literacy. 

PREFERRED:  familiarity with MIT and MIT financial processes, databases, policies and procedures; and experience in a client or customer-facing role. The position requires working extended hours during peak periods ad occasional travel for conferences, meetings, and company visits.  Job #18717-5
