The Administrative Coordinator position will provide support for the daily operations the Registrar’s Office and the Program for Evaluation and Assessment. For the Registrar’s Office, the Coordinator will be responsible for the screening visiting student application materials, offering visiting electives to applicants, scheduling required training sessions for visiting students. In addition, this position works with Penn students for VA onboarding purposes and for immunization compliance. In addition, the Coordinator assists the Program for Evaluation and Assessment with: event and evaluation assignment in Oasis; reviewing and editing evaluation reports (e.g., course reports and summaries); data entry and review in the teaching evaluation database (TED); maintaining the integrity of evaluation data through audits of the Oasis system; and other administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the evaluation schedule/calendar document).

- An Associate’s Degree/Two Year College equivalent with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience or Bachelors Degree with 1 years to 2 years of experience preferred.
