Job Description Summary

Applicant will be required to design, coordinate and manage various lab projects. Applicant is required to work with Supervisor in areas of experimental design and troubleshooting. Applicant will assist the Supervisor in the development of new immune strategies in cancer. Applicant will also work with post-doctoral investigators and students in molecular studies in the field of tumor immunobiology. Research responsibilities include to clone, express, archive and validate various DNA constructs including Chimeric Antigen Receptor for T cell therapy, Cataloguing of DNA constructs and cell lines for the lab, protein purification of antigens and antibodies specific to tumor studies, and immune based in vitro cell culture experiments. Applicant will have be trained in use of IACUC-approved animal studies. Applicant will provide a secondary role in purchasing for the lab, as necessary. Importantly, applicant will aid in data analysis and reporting in cooperation with Supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience in research, clinical study, project and people management or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
