The School of Education is looking to appoint a Programme Leader with line management responsibilities for our Secondary Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programmes. The successful candidate would be expected to oversee all Secondary programmes with specific line management for staff aligned to this area. You would be an integral part of the ITE team and a member of the School Management Team. You would be responsible for line managing staff and ensuring that Secondary programmes retain high quality academic and professional standards. A Doctorate (or close to completion) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) are required and you must have relevant experience of teaching, both in the UK school and Higher Education sectors.
