The Degree Education department is responsible for the School’s portfolio of twelve Masters degree programmes in London, Dubai, New York and Hong Kong.  With a relentless focus on incorporating the latest thinking and research, these programmes are constantly evolving.

In order to ensure that future demands and expectations of the marketplace are met, they are now looking to hire an Executive Director. The Executive Director will be responsible for the development and on-going leadership of the portfolio of degree programmes.  This prominent position will take a focus on consistent and innovative programme delivery, process improvement and student experience enhancement.

Candidates will have substantial experience of developing and running large and complex portfolios of degree programmes in a higher education setting. They will be able to navigate the nuances and stakeholder management involved in this environment, whilst bringing a dynamic and commercial approach to the role. Candidates will have a track record of driving change around process and systems improvement, while motivating teams to deliver. This individual will need to be an outstanding people leader, with experience of leading a multi-disciplined workforce with multiple competing demands.
