Job Description

Responsible for support a portfolio of School/Center programs, for completing all required program details and providing the highest level of service to faculty, staff and program Under direction of the Chief Research Administrator and in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, this position will be responsible for advising and supporting managers on human resource actions and international appointments across multiple divisions in the Department of Medicine; developing procedures for onboarding new staff and delivering training as a subject matter expert; works closely with all areas of HR, the business offices and faculty. Oversee visa application and renewal processes for these divisions. The position will help develop position-specific onboarding and training programs with supervisors that strengthen introductory and annual reviews for new employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
