Your challenge? To benefit students by providing high quality, innovative and engaging teaching, both as a member of the teaching team and in collaboration with other colleagues. Day-to-day, you’ll work across a range of modules and courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level, with the aim of equipping learners with the skills, knowledge and attributes employers need. In addition, you will develop teaching strategies, materials and assessments which are inclusive, engaging and appropriate to the student population.

Ideally, educated to postgraduate level in a relevant subject and with recent industry experience, you will have extensive knowledge of Policing. Also, you will be a confident networker and relationship builder able to engage local and national employers and other educational institutions to provide progression opportunities and enhance the student experience.
