PRODUCT MANAGER, edX-edX for Business, to deliver great products for edX learners. Will support organizations that need to provide high-quality education to their workforces at scale. Will develop and execute a product roadmap to support and grow edX’s established offerings and new product lines; examine market conditions, competitive and technology landscape, and customer input to evaluate and prioritize product opportunities; and regularly engage with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify, synthesize, and clearly communicate product requirements. Responsibilities include defining strategy, targeting outcomes, priorities, and roadmap, and measuring impact; interacting directly with learners, educators, other product managers, and stakeholders from across the company to understand emerging product needs and capture these in the form of user stories; defining the engineering backlog and technical and product requirements that will achieve the desired outcomes; defining MVP and success, examining tradeoffs, and managing risks; and working with engineering, data science, and UX teams to define the execution plans for the user stories.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: at least five years’ experience in a B2B software company; data-driven, iterative approach to work; demonstrated abilities related to roadmap ownership and development; experience operating and thriving in a matrixed, results focused, fast-paced environment; continuous improvement focus; and a bias to action with regard to cross-team collaboration skills, including with conflict resolution, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in higher education or education technology a plus. Job #18163-Q
