Salary range - £36,914 to £49,553 pro rata

This position is responsible for both the strategic and operational aspects of the Executive Masters portfolio.

You will have a passion for executive education and development, technology and promotions coupled with extensive experience in educational development. Your expertise and passion will see you selling, marketing and networking to increase MBA programmes penetration and grow revenue.

You will contribute to research informed learning and teaching at postgraduate level and undertake research, enterprise, scholarly activities, and income generation, contributing to the Faculty’s research profile. 

The posts will work closely with the Director of PG studies and the Director of Learning and Teaching to ensure the appropriate evolution of the Executive Masters and Professional MBA programmes. The roles will report to the Head of Aberystwyth Business School. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in leading, developing and delivery of part time executive education.
