SENIOR DATA ANALYSTedX-Enterprise Team, to support an emerging workforce development product, edX For Business, which encourages upskilling and reskilling in the workplace. Responsibilities include developing, documenting, automating, and monitoring metrics and reports; designing data models, writing ETL scripts, and ensuring accuracy and alignment with desired business objectives; providing data and analysis to support decisions supporting the advancement of the team; identifying, implementing, and driving adoption of analytics-based solutions to business problems; influencing decisions at all levels of the organization, including presenting findings to senior leadership; and innovating new ways that the analysis of data can be used to support the organization and its mission.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; five years’ hands-on experience analyzing real-world data; ability to acquire and manipulate data programmatically and draw scientifically robust conclusions; strong SQL skills and experience with a scripting language such as Python/R; experience supporting cross-functional teams with a wide range of analyses; attention to detail and the big picture; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; and a desire to work collaboratively.

PREFERREDgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline or an MBA with a strong quantitative bent, experience in a B2B environment, and experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Job #18683-Q
