King’s Foundations is a highly successful department within King’s College London delivering foundation and presessional programmes to international students. The Programme Manager is responsible for all aspects of programme administration and for managing a high performing team. Following both the standard academic cycle and the non-standard summer season of academic activity, the Programme Manager must be able to deliver a high-quality standard of administrative support, including student support, timetabling and assessment year-round. King’s Foundations is innovative in its approach to teaching and learning and the Programme Manager is required to be forward-thinking and able to embrace and embed change positively into systems, processes and teams. Flexibility is essential as well as excellent customer service skills. Responding to student queries and complaints with professionalism and attention to both College and departmental governance, guidance and policy is an integral part of this role.
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.
This is a full-time post.
