The Director Research Infrastructure will guide the implementation of the ANU Research Infrastructure Strategy 2019, working closely with Colleges, to maximise investment in and access to well-maintained, state-of-the art research infrastructure and the achievement of University-wide excellence and impact and on-going research competitiveness. The Director will report to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) and build strong relationships with external funding bodies to support strategic large-scale procurement and obtain leverage on University investment.
To be considered for this role, you will have a distinguished record of research and scholarship and high-level experience leading and executing a large and complex research infrastructure portfolio. You will be a visionary and strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in leading new initiatives and managing change.
